Look around

Give us a call to book in a viewing, it’s that simple. An agent will accompany you on the viewing and will be there to answer all of your questions to make everything clear.

Make an offer

Like something you see? Great, make an offer. Your offer should include the following:

  1. The rent you are prepared to pay
  2. When you would be looking to move in
  3. How long you are looking to stay

Once an offer has been accepted, we will then go on to prepare all the necessary paperwork. During this period, a holding deposit will be taken, which would be deducted from the outstanding amount owed.



Relax and Enjoy

When your references have been checked and any guarantors have been signed up, the tenancy agreement is drawn up. Before signatures are exchanged, the rent for the first period and the deposit as well as any other outstanding amounts will need to be paid. The deposit is held by the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS), so you can be assured that it will be returned to you at the end of your tenancy subject to a few small terms and conditions.

It is always a good idea to insure personal belongings; it is the landlord’s responsibility to insure the property. Just inform the utility companies that you are now responsible for the bills and your ready to go. Well done, you have rented your own place.
